The agent layer for your business

A woman reading her phone on a sofa in the evening.
“Who near me can actually do this, this week, for a fair price?” Asked at 9pm. Answered without you.

Your customer already asked.
You were not in the answer.

Someone who arrives from an assistant has already been filtered by it, which is why they convert better than any other channel. The open question is whether the assistant is reading your business or the one down the road.

Three moves, and the AI can sell for you.

You keep your website, your booking system and your process. Parleon goes underneath the business you already have.

  1. 01 Beacon and up

    We publish the layer

Everything you sell, every price, every location and every policy republished as machine-readable artifacts: schema.org for your actual business type, llms.txt, agents.md, clean sitemaps, and an AI-bot allowlist that is set explicitly rather than left to chance.

This is the work that takes a site from the low twenties to 100.

  2. 02 Concierge and up

    Assistants can answer

An MCP server per domain. ChatGPT, Claude and anything else that speaks MCP get real tool calls against your live data instead of scraping your pages. Your own published ChatGPT App, and an Add-to-ChatGPT button on your real site.

    One connection, every assistant.

  3. 03 Counter and up

    The job gets finished

A real quote on a real job, checked against what you genuinely have free, then the appointment taken on your calendar or the enquiry handed to your CRM, while the customer is still in the conversation rather than after they have gone looking somewhere else.

The part most AI chat never reaches: it finishes something.

The owner of a small independent business talking with a customer across the counter.

Nothing here replaces your people.

The layer answers the questions a customer asks at 9pm, and hands your team an enquiry that already has the job, the timing and the price attached.

Watch it finish the job.

One worked example, on a car dealership, because a demo has to be about something real. The assistant finds the right option, does the arithmetic, prices it honestly and hands the result to both sides. Swap the nouns and it is your business: a treatment plan, a unit size, a matter, a table.

Do you have a vehicle to trade in? It could bring these payments down.

Yeah, I've got a 2019 Honda Pilot.

Nice. Roughly how many miles on it?

About 62,000.

  • Valuing your trade

Your Pilot is worth about $22,000, roughly $21,400 to $23,800.

Do you still owe anything on it? If so, about how much is left on the loan?

Yeah, about $13,800 left.

So you have about $8,200 in equity to put toward your next one, that is your $22,000 value minus the $13,800 you still owe.

With that $8,200 applied, the 2026 Traverse LT comes to about $456/mo for 36 months, $0 down. That is without gap coverage.

I would add gap coverage, it covers you if the car is ever totaled. With gap you are at about $497/mo, still under your $600.

The interior of a small independent business at dusk, warm light against the blue of the street outside.
One business, published so a machine can read all of it.

Everything you just watched, itemised.

Every capability below is running on live domains today, at the tier marked beside it.

What it can read

An agent cannot recommend what it cannot parse.

  • A machine-readable business

Everything you sell published as schema.org for your actual type, LocalBusiness, Service, Product and Offer, plus llms.txt, agents.md, clean sitemaps and a record per item. The AI bot allowlist is set explicitly, because getting that wrong is among the quietest ways a business goes invisible.

    Beacon
  • Answers from live data

Search by need and budget, pull the detail, compare two options, check what is genuinely free, link to the page. If you cannot actually supply it, the agent does not offer it.

    Concierge
  • Prices, packages and promotions

Your price list, service packages and seasonal offers, structured so an agent quotes them with the right conditions and the right expiry. Mirrored from your own site, so it never quotes a price you changed last week.

    Concierge
  • Your business's own knowledge

Hours, staff, locations, policies, terms, guarantees, and the way you talk. The agent answers questions about you the way your people would instead of refusing or inventing.

    Counter

What it can work out

The work your front desk does, done in the conversation.

  • Budget match against what you actually offer

"Something under $200 that can be done this week" resolves to real options you can genuinely supply, at a real price, not a filtered search results page.

    Counter
  • Real availability, not a guess

What is genuinely in stock, which slots are genuinely free, and how long the lead time genuinely is, checked at the moment of asking rather than read off a page that was written in March.

    Counter
  • Quotes built from your price list

A figure for the actual job, assembled from your own rates, options and add-ons rather than invented. Every quote carries its caveat: estimated, and subject to confirmation.

    Counter

What it can do

The part most AI chat on a business website never reaches.

  • Bookings and enquiries straight to you

The appointment lands on your calendar, or the enquiry lands in your CRM, while the customer is still in the conversation, with the job, the timing and the price they just agreed to attached.

    Counter
  • An MCP server agents can connect to

A Model Context Protocol server per domain. Claude, ChatGPT and anything else that speaks MCP get real tool calls against live data. One connection, every assistant.

    Concierge
  • Readiness measured continuously

Your public agent-readiness score and badge, plus monitoring, so a website change that quietly breaks your machine-readability gets caught instead of costing you answers for a quarter.

    Beacon
  • The Ask AI About Us kit

Being AI-ready is worth nothing if customers do not know. The badge, an Add-to-ChatGPT button on your real site, and a launch kit of social, email and in-store signage, pre-filled for your business.

The eight questions we get every time.

Something else? hello@parleon.ai

Do I have to replace my website?

No. You keep your website, your booking system and your process. Parleon publishes an AI-ready layer underneath the business you already have, on an ai.<yourdomain>.com mirror, and keeps it in sync with what you publish.

What is an AI-readiness score?

It is what isitagentready.com, Cloudflare's public checker, reports for a domain: a 0 to 100 score across discoverability, content, bot access control, API and MCP discovery, and commerce. It is free, takes about a minute and needs no account. The checker is not ours, which is the point.

Which assistants can actually see my business?

Anything that speaks the Model Context Protocol. Each domain gets its own MCP server, so ChatGPT and Claude make real tool calls against your live data instead of scraping your pages. From the Concierge tier you also get your own published ChatGPT App and an Add-to-ChatGPT button.

Does it quote real prices, or just brochure numbers?

Real ones, from the Counter tier: a figure assembled from your own rates, options and add-ons, checked against what you genuinely have available. Every quote carries its caveat, estimated and subject to confirmation, so nothing the assistant says commits you to a price you would not have given.

Where do the bookings and enquiries go?

Onto your calendar, or into your CRM, while the customer is still in the conversation, with the job, the timing and the price they just agreed to attached. Nothing is rerouted through us.

How current is the data an assistant sees?

The freshness engine refreshes on a 15 to 60 minute cycle from the Concierge tier. Prices and offers are mirrored from what you already publish, so an agent does not quote a price you changed last week.

What does it cost?

Four tiers, per domain per month, each including everything in the tier below. Beacon starts at $249 and Command is the done-for-you tier. Group and multi-location pricing is available.
